Meditation

Meditation means thinking deeply and extensively on a subject. It is the attempt to reveal the answer to the question which is standing for an answer, with the hope and the purpose of conceiving the reality of something, by sending those irrelevant thoughts backwards.

Meditation will bring you the enlightenment (state of being instinctively aware about the meaning of being and your place in being). Along with the enlightenment, you find the core of your being which is completely in peace with being. In the outer world such cases which may extremely make you unhappy and which may make you stressed may take place but inside “in your core” there is only state of peace.

At the result of the meditation you will discover that your being is not an enemy and it is your friend and also you will discover the wisdom to convert t to a festival for life.
